Drink it twice a day for best results.

Curcumin Effervescent Tablets
Add 1 tablet of Currcumin Effervescent to 200ml of water. Let it dissolve fully. It may take 3-4mins.
Drink it once a day. It is recommended to have every morning on empty stomach.
